MR. Owen Zhang joined the Board of Western Resources Corp. as a board observer in July 2022. He is currently member of the Executive Committee of Western Potash Corp.

Mr. Zhang is Director of Marketing & Investment of the Hongkong-based Vantage Chance Limited (“Vantage”), which is a controlling shareholder of Western Potash Holdings Corp., through which it controls Western Potash Corp. and its Milestone Project. Mr. Zhang has been closely and actively involved in the projects that Vantage has been involved in mining and natural resources, real estate and technology, etc. He brings over 10 years of extensive experience in investment management and strategic planning.
