Mr. Guo was appointed as Senior Project Manager of Western Resouces Corp. in October 2022. He is also the Procurement Manager of Western Potash Corp. since 2021.

Mr. Guo joined Western Resources Corp. in May 2017 where he served as Managing Director of its real estate division, taking charge of the Company’s equity and mortgages investments. Over the past 4 more years, Mr. Guo demonstrated a successful proven record and accumulated extensive experiences by leading and managing numerous important real estate equity and mortgage investments. With the Company’s change of strategic focus to potash mining, Mr. Guo is transferred to Western Potash to lead the Company’s procurement and contracts in 2021. 

Mr. Guo holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Event Management from University of Shanghai for Science and Technology, a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from University of Huddersfield, and a Master of Global Management degree from Royal Roads University of Canada.
