Our vision is to become a gateway to Eastern Capital & Global Markets, making Western Resources (the “Company”) a reputable vehicle for investment and acquisition in mining resources in North America & Asia. Through maximizing its advantages in access to mining resources, capital financing and market channels, the Company is dedicated to pursuing investment opportunities in strategic junior mining projects and bringing such projects to full development stage.

For now, the Company will devote its efforts into development of the Milestone Phase 1 Potash Project (the “Project”) of the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary of Western Potash Corp. The Company has secured a 10-year legal binding off-take agreement with a senior North American agriculture industry leader for the purchase of all potash produced from the Project. General construction is due to complete by May of 2023, which exected prodcution by the fourth quarter of 2023. 

The success of the development of the Phase 1 Project has set it a model for the execution of Western’s strategic plan, which also represents the starting point as well as the cornerstone of Western’s strategic execution.
